Introducing the Browning Maxus II Stalker, a shotgun that means serious business. With its no-glare matte finish, this firearm is ready for action whether you're in a duck blind or a muddy field. Engineered to be the most reliable auto-loading shotgun on the market, the Maxus II Stalker is a finely crafted tool designed to put game on the table.
The Maxus II Stalker boasts a 28" vent ribbed barrel and 3-1/2" chamber, both fully chrome lined to enhance performance and resist corrosion. Its perfectly tuned Power Drive Gas System is designed to work across a wide range of ammunition types. This shotgun also features a back-bored barrel, flush-mount Invector-Plus choke, a new Soft Flex cheek piece, and a 1-1/2" thick Inflex 2 recoil pad to reduce perceived recoil and muzzle jump.
The Inflex 2 recoil pad uses directional deflection to send the comb down and away from the face, reducing felt recoil and increasing shooting comfort, especially with 3-1/2" magnum loads. The stock can be trimmed up to 3/4" to fit shooters that prefer a shorter stock. For maximum control in any weather condition, a rubber overmolding is applied to the stock and forend.
The Maxus II Stalker is not only tough but also durable, thanks to a Nickel Teflon coating applied to the bolt, bolt slide, shell carrier, bolt release, and bolt handle. This coating provides protection and adds lubricity. The shotgun also features a ramped trigger guard for faster loading and a screw-on magazine cap for ease of disassembly and cleaning.
With the Lightning Trigger system and the Speed Load Plus feeding system, you'll be able to stay in the hunt when the birds are coming in fast. The Maxus II Stalker is all business, and business is good.
